# What can I do if I forget my password?

> Learn how to recover your Neuro password.

1. Users who signed in with a Google/Apple/Microsoft account do not have setting password part. Therefore, you can click "**Continue with Google**" or "**Continue with Apple**" or "**Continue with Microsoft**" on the login page to log in directly.
2. Users who registered with email can reset their password by following the steps below.

Step 1: Enter the email you used during registration.

Step 2: Click "**Forgot Password?**" on the login page.

Step 3: Enter the email address you used during registration and click “**Reset password**”.

Step 4: Enter the verification code received in your email, set a new password, and click “**Update password**”.
