# Referral Program

> A complete guide to earning rewards by inviting friends and growing the NeuroAI community. 

## Reward Structure

### One-Time Rewards (Referrer Only)

These credits are awarded when your friend completes a purchase:

### Monthly Recurring Rewards (While Friend is Subscribed)

These credits are awarded every month as long as your friend maintains their subscription:

### Example Scenario

**You invite 3 friends:**

* Friend A purchases Pro (2,490₽) → You get **+700 credits**
* Friend B purchases Plus (990₽) → You get **+500 credits**
* Friend C purchases Ultra (9,990₽) → You get **+1,000 credits**

**TOTAL ONE-TIME CREDITS: 2,200 credits**

Then, every month while they stay subscribed:

* Friend A stays subscribed → **+200 credits**
* Friend B stays subscribed → **+100 credits**
* Friend C stays subscribed → **+300 credits**

**TOTAL MONTHLY CREDITS: 600 credits every month!**

## Fraud Protection & Safety Rules

To maintain program integrity and prevent abuse, we have implemented two key protection mechanisms:

### Rule 1: Rate Limiting (20 Referrals per 24 Hours)

**Maximum Referrals:** 20 referrals per 24-hour period

**Action if Exceeded:** Automatic temporary ban for 24 hours. No new referral invites can be sent during this period.

**Why:** Prevents automated bot attacks and ensures genuine human referrals only.

### Rule 2: Conditional Bonus with 14-Day Requirement

* Prevents casual or inactive users from claiming rewards they didn't earn

## How the Referral Program Works

### Step 1: Get Your Unique Referral Link

* Log in to NeuroAI dashboard
* Go to **"Settings"** → **"Share"**
* Copy your unique referral link
* Your link tracks everyone you refer automatically

### Step 2: Share With Friends

Send your referral link via your preferred channel:

* **Email** (most effective)
* **Slack** (for team members)
* **Telegram** (for direct messages)
* **LinkedIn** (for professional network)
* **Twitter** (for public recommendations)

### Step 3: Friend Joins & Upgrades

1. Your friend clicks your referral link
2. They register for NeuroAI
3. They upgrade to Plus, Pro, or Ultra plan
4. You automatically receive credits!

### Step 4: Earn Monthly Credits

* Every month your friend stays subscribed, you earn credits
* This continues indefinitely as long as they maintain their subscription
* No additional work needed - it's automatic!

### Step 5: Use Your Credits

* Referral credits work just like purchased credits
* Use them to pay for any NeuroAI features or subscriptions
* Never expires (as long as you maintain some NeuroAI activity)

### Scenario 1: Casual Referrer (5 Friends)

**One-Time Earnings:**

* 2 friends → Plus (990₽) = +500 × 2 = **1,000 credits**
* 2 friends → Pro (2,490₽) = +700 × 2 = **1,400 credits**
* 1 friend → Ultra (9,990₽) = +1,000 × 1 = **1,000 credits**

**Total One-Time: 3,400 credits**

**Monthly Recurring (if all stay subscribed):**

* 2 × Plus = +100 × 2 = **200 credits/month**
* 2 × Pro = +200 × 2 = **400 credits/month**

## Frequently Asked Questions

### Do my friends know I invited them?

No. Your referral is tracked through the link, but friends won't see that YOU specifically referred them. They just know they came from a NeuroAI referral link.

### Can I earn credits forever?

Yes! As long as your friends maintain their subscriptions, you earn monthly credits. There's no limit.

### What if my friend cancels their subscription?

You stop earning monthly credits for that friend. However, you keep the one-time bonus you earned when they first purchased.

### Can I use referral credits to buy a subscription?

Yes! Referral credits work exactly like purchased credits. You can use them to pay for any plan or feature.

### What if I refer the same person twice?

We track by email. If the same email address registers twice, only the first referral counts. We do this to prevent fraud.

### Do referral credits expire?

No, they don't expire. As long as you maintain some activity in NeuroAI (logging in, using features), your credits remain valid.

### What's the 20-referral limit per 24 hours?

This is a safety measure to prevent bot attacks. If you try to send more than 20 referral invites in one day, you'll be temporarily blocked for 24 hours.

### Why do I lose 500 credits if I don't invite anyone in 14 days?

The 1,000-credit bonus requires engagement. We deduct 500 credits if you don't complete the condition to ensure the program rewards active participants only.

### Can I refer someone already using NeuroAI?

No, they must be new to NeuroAI. If they already have an account, the referral won't count.

* Referral credits can only be earned by registered NeuroAI users
* Friends must be new to NeuroAI (first-time registration)
* Friends must upgrade to a paid plan (Plus, Pro, or Ultra) within 30 days of registration to qualify for rewards
* One-time bonuses are credited within 24 hours of friend's purchase
* Monthly recurring credits are credited on the 1st of each month for active subscriptions
* NeuroAI reserves the right to deactivate accounts involved in fraudulent referral activity
* Fraudulent activity includes: bot referrals, fake accounts, misleading claims, or spam
* Violating any rule may result in permanent ban from the referral program and credit loss
* NeuroAI may modify the referral program terms at any time with 30 days notice
