1. You subscribed via Stripe or Yookassa
If you made your purchase through Stripe or Yookassa, you can cancel your subscription using the following steps:- Enter the Neuro user interface.
- Click on your profile avatar in the button left corner.
- Click “Settings” then navigate to the page and select “Billing” and then “Manage”.
- Click “Downgrade to Free” in the bottom right corner to cancel your current subscription and complete the process.
2. You subscribed via Apple Subscriptions
Note: Uninstalling the Neuro Apple app will not cancel your subscription. If you subscribed to Neuro through the Apple App Store, your subscription is managed by Apple and will need to be canceled through the subscription plan on your iOS device. If you wish to cancel your subscription, please follow these steps:- Go to “Settings” on your iPhone.
- Click your “Apple Account”.
- Select “Subscriptions”.
- You will be presented with your active subscriptions. Click on “Neuro”.
- Click “Cancel Subscription”.
- Confirm your cancellation on the pop-up window.
3. You subscribed via Google Play Store
Note: Uninstalling the Neuro Android app will not cancel your subscription.Cancel via Google Play Store app
- On your Android device, open the Google Play Store.
- Check to make sure you’re signed in to the correct Google account you used to sign up for your Neuro subscription.
- Click Menu > Subscriptions.
- Select the Neuro subscription.
- Click Cancel subscription.
- Follow the instructions provided.
Cancel via Google Play website
- On your computer, go to subscriptions in Google Play.
- Click Billing on the Neuro subscription.
- Click Cancel subscription.
- Within the confirmation pop-up, select a reason.
